Burrill Family Shrimp Wiggle after 1919

2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon flour

Melt the butter and add the flour. Stir till smooth and cook briefly.

add gradually:

1 cup of milk

cook on low tll thickened

1 teaspoon of salt
one cup of cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 cup cooked peas

Serve in pastry shells or over biscuits.
